#LeanwithLilly Class Timetable


The classes have been designed by me with a focus on fat burning, sculpting and toning the body. The atmosphere is fantastic! We work hard to great music. It is 60 minutes of focus, fun and results. The classes attract a great group of very diverse people. 

Please don't be scared or think you have to be super fit to attend. Everyone has to start somewhere and the regulars will give you the support and encouragement you need to return week after week.

Classes are open to everyone and exercises are modified using my Physiotherapy knowledge to each individual's ability & goals considering previous or current conditions and/or injuries. 


I run 3 types of classes:

1. Hot HIIT

Combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with challenging Pilates exercises in 35 degrees isnโ€™t easy, but it guarantees results for the whole body. This hour long class is broken up into 3 sections: 1) Fat burning, 2) Sculpt and Tone and 3) Core blast  

The class targets toning all muscle groups in the body as well as fat burning


2. Loaded Hot HIIT

This class is not for the faint hearted!

Similar to the statement #LeanwithLilly Hot HIIT classes but with the vital addition of hand held weights. This class combines a series of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises with light weights and in a 35 degree heated studio. It is the perfect workout for fat burning, increasing muscle tone and sculpting all the body's major muscle groups, particularly the core, legs, glutes and arms. 


3. Mat-based HIIT Pilates

A mat and movement based bootcamp class combining High Intensity Interval Training bursts with more traditional Pilates movements. Designed to aid fat burning and toning, this class is far from easy, but the results are worth it and you are rewarded with relaxation and stretches at the end of the class
